I’m Guy Farmer and I help forward-thinking leaders and organizations practice positive workplace communication. I encourage people to discover how to treat themselves and each other well. I coach and train big-picture thinkers who understand the value of doing things now to produce great results in the future.

My approach is different from many others because I focus on self-awareness, interpersonal skills and positive behaviors. I help people connect with themselves and each other on a more meaningful level. I work primarily with creative thinkers who aren’t afraid of change or trying new things. 

So many leaders and organizations seem to believe that they have to live with chronic communication problems. What they may not realize yet is that there’s a solution available to them if they’re willing to put the effort into teaching people how to communicate well, respect each other and collaborate.

My consulting approach draws on my professional background of over 14 years experience designing and facilitating trainings and workshops and 16 years working with individuals and groups. I’ve worked in program management and coordination, employee relations and training, employment and employability, organizational development, strategic planning, customer service, grant writing and as an independent consultant and trainer.

I love helping people talk calmly and kindly with each other and build strong connections. Much of my career has been devoted to bringing people together and helping them let go of the junk that doesn’t work. I’ve learned that life is much more enjoyable when you practice positive behaviors.
